Shari A. Rivkind

Shari A. Rivkind is a seasoned attorney with over 37 years of experience in a wide range of legal fields. A graduate of Boston University School of Law, Shari is licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey and founded The Rivkind Law Firm in 2007. Her extensive legal career has included diverse practice areas, from general practice and corporate bankruptcy to leading one of the premier firms in representing medical providers. She has provided expert legal services in areas such as accounts receivable collection, PIP arbitration, compliance issues, and litigation involving insurance companies, medical licensing boards, the Attorney General, and more.

In addition to her work with medical providers, Shari has always maintained a strong focus on personal legal matters for her clients, including divorce, trusts and wills, contract negotiations, and various types of litigation.

Recently, Shari has become actively involved in the firm’s growing Bridelawyer.com™ and Groomlawyer.com™ practice areas. Through these initiatives, she provides essential legal guidance to brides and grooms navigating the complexities of marriage, wedding planning, and the legal implications that come with this significant life change. Morgan J. Weil

Morgan J. Weil is a dedicated attorney licensed in both New Jersey and New York, with a passion for helping individuals navigate complex legal matters. A graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2019, Morgan brings a diverse background in estate planning and family law. During law school, she interned at the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG), where she assisted low-income clients with medical directives, powers of attorney, and simple wills.

Following her graduation, Morgan honed her expertise at a New York City law firm specializing in estate planning, working with intricate estates and regularly appearing in Surrogate’s Court. In 2019, Morgan joined The Rivkind Law Firm, where she has since expanded her focus to include a unique legal niche.

Recently engaged herself, Morgan recognized a growing need for legal services tailored to brides and grooms navigating the complexities of wedding planning, marriage, and beyond. As a result, she now leads the firm's specialized practice areas, Bridelawyer.com™ and Groomlawyer.com™, offering expert legal support for couples through one of the most exciting—and sometimes overwhelming—phases of their lives.
